There are many great things I can say about Catrina. I will summarize the high points. She was extremely diligent in what my needs were and listened with extremely great care. I agreed with her fair market value assessment and she advised where I should price and I was quite surprised with her knowledge of the market and brought my expectations up. I was told by other real estate firms I should settle for less. Catrina kept me informed as we move through the process to list. BIG EXCLAMATION HERE!!! Within 24 hours of listing on MLS, we received many offers. Some were less but we had many above the listing price. We closed after 4 days on the market!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!
