Catina did a walk through/evaluation of the house, garage and property. She did a market review of the comparables and recommended a list price for the house that was spot on. The house was listed and sold within hours. Catina was not the agent that sold the property. But she worked with the selling agent and took care of all the details that have to be completed before closing. She did all the scheduling for the various inspections and kept us in the loop concerning any issues that came up. She took care of all the challenges that came up and made the entire process very easy for us. We intend to use Catina to help us prepare and sell some other properties.
