Cathy was excellent with getting me through the process of purchasing my first home. She went above and beyond to help me with what I needed asap to make this dream come true. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a true 5 star realtor for purchasing a home in Jacksonville fl.

Cathy was amazing. Anytime i asked her to see a house she always made the time to get me to the house usually within the same day. She was quick to create the necessary documents when i wanted to make an offer on a house. It was a pleasure to work with her over the course of my yearlong home search.

I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She persevered with me through my yearlong home search, multiple contacts and financing issues. She has been super responsive and helpful. I couldn’t have found my home and won my bidding war without her.

One word ..AMAZING! I was referred to her , and Im glad I was. She helped me all the way from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville. Always answered all my calls, text, and emails! No matter what time it was, even when I went out of the country. I was provided with so much information and I couldn't have done this without her. I would highly recommend her to any and everyone. Cathy went over and BEYOND and I officially own my first house with everything I wanted.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Cathy is. She always made me feel like I was her only client and never made me feel like I was imposing on her. She really listened to what I wanted in a home and made sure the home I purchased was just what I was looking for. Through this whole journey she kept me informed, explained each step of the process and negotiated a great deal for me. Buying a home and going through the loan approval process had it's stressfull moments and I am so thankful that Cathy was there to calm me and encourage me.
