In 1975 the United States Navy, along with my father decided that Jacksonville, Florida was a good place to call home. I’ve been here ever since and I consider myself a native of Jacksonville. I grew up on Jacksonville’s Westside and have had the pleasure of witnessing the growth in our population as well as in our economy and culture. GO JAGS! Along with our perfect weather, and reasonable cost of living why would I ever want to live anywhere else. After marrying and having two wonderful daughters, as my family grows, I’m still convinced that Jacksonville is where I want to be. Recognized as a Top Listing Agent, I've been in the customer service industry for over 20 years, first with the United States Postal Service, then as a Member Service Representative with Vystar Credit Union, and finally as a Flight Attendant for the largest domestic carrier in the United States. I decided to bring my "can do" attitude and fun loving spirit to the real estate industry in 2013 and have not looked back since. Cathy is the Best!!!

Cathy was the greatest to work with. She was always available for a phone call or text and to make any house visit. Even when we hit some bumps in the road during the entire process, she was there to smooth things out. We love our new home!

Very knowledgeable and receptive to what I was looking for in my budget.

Cathy was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood I was searching in. She was able to find a home that was not even initially on my radar but fit all of my criteria perfectly. Cathy successfully negotiated a purchase price that was extremely acceptable to me as well as the seller. As a testament to this the seller stopped by after the closing as they still live in the neighborhood and shared all of their knowledge of the property and neighborhood. We exchanged information and they have become a resource for any future questions I might have. I cannot thank her enough for a wonderful home purchase and I would not hesitate to call on her for any future real estate transactions. I readily recommend her to all my friends and family for their real estate needs.

It’s hard to find the words to describe Cathy

It’s hard to find the words to describe Cathy. She is the perfect person you need in your life when making a huge decision like purchasing your home. This entire process was comforting, peaceful, seamless, and worth while. Large in part due to her. Cathy understood exactly what I wanted and was looking for, delivered just that, and knew spot on what I liked and didn’t like. I can honestly say this process was easy with Cathy by my side. She made sure to check in, get the best deal, answer and explain all of my questions and concerns and more. I am so thankful to have had such a wonderful, caring, and talented person like Cathy as my realtor.
