CATHY RAMEY

I had to sell a house in Auburn long distance. Cathy was recommended by a friend, and she was a great choice! She met with me once at the house in Auburn, and everything else, including the closing, was done long distance. The house was old and in need of much repair, but Cathy guided me through what repairs were necessary, which would improve the value of the house, and which should be left for the buyer, as the house was sold "as is." Cathy and her son ran numerous errands for us, as I live in northern Virginia and we do not have any family left in the Auburn area. Cathy recommended people to do the necessary repairs, and inspected the work afterward. Cathy also provided good advice during the negotiation process, and I feel we got a fair price for the property. I highly recommend Cathy!
