My wife and I have bought and sold various homes and condos in our lives. We interviewed several candidates to assist us in the sale of our vacation home in Florida (we live out of state). We selected Cathy to work with us on the sell side initially and as a result of her fabulous performance we decided to engage her on the purchase side as well.
