Cathy and her team were great with their knowledge of how to market our home. We were told about how the current market might affect the sales in our area. We knew soon after each showing about the input potential buyers left so we could adjust accordingly. During the process of listing and selling we spoke about what we could do to attract potential buyers including adjusting our pricing. Cathy was especially calm and reassuring when we had concerns along the way. I will say we hadn’t sold a home for awhile so getting used to the steps of transferring responsibility from one person to another as we transitioned from the listing, selling and closing became a little confusing but in the end all was handled appropriately.
