We’ve worked with a few realtors in the past , and have worked with Cathy on our last 4 purchases/sells. She does everything she says she’s gonna do. Stays on top of everything. Staged both homes we have sold and had professional pictures taken. Both homes had first day offers at asking and more than asking.
