Cathy Geary is simply the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with, bar none. Here is my story. I was driving around on a Sunday looking at houses with my son. We thought we would be looking for weeks, if not months. Instead, we found the perfect house on the 1st day! Cathy had done a terrific job for me on a previous house sale, so of course I texted her. I told her to call me on Monday since I didn't want to disturb her weekend. But she called me back immediately, and I told her about the house we liked. She jumped right on it and found out that the seller was expecting another offer that evening. Cathy helped me get our bid in, and the Seller accepted. We would have lost the house without Cathy's incredible diligence. There were multiple instances where the seller's realtor did not do her job, and Cathy was there every step of the way making sure everything got done properly. Cathy's knowledge and guidance throughout the entire process was invaluable. She was truly a champion for us. Now my son is the proud owner of his first home. I can't thank Cathy enough for all she has done for my family.
