Great Experience

Cathy Bier and her team did a wonderful job of selling our LaGrange, within just a few days of listing, with multiple offers, and at 3% over listing price. We interviewed a number of area realtors and chose Cathy because of her experience and knowledge of the market. She graciously worked with us to prepare the home for sale, staging certain rooms with her furniture and accessories. Cathy was an excellent communicator, always keeping us in the loop and available to answer our questions. She is a hard worker and a true professional. Bottom line: Cathy told us at the beginning how the selling process would likely go down and it, in fact, went just as predicted, with a minimum of stress and anxiety.
