Cathryn is a consummate professional who knows exactly what needs to be done, and does it with casual aplomb. She impressed my wife and I from the first time we spoke to her, and walked us through the selling process in a measured way, making sure that we understood what was going on every step of the way. What’s more, she made sure our expectations for timing and sale price were realistic - backed up by market data and her own experience - and when our house sold it turns out she had been absolutely right about what it would go for and when.I cannot recommend Cathryn highly enough, and would go to her first if I were going to buy or sell a house in her area again.
