Cathryn was very helpful coordinating my purchase, and listened to my wishes. She has a habit of making me feel like her only client, which is great for confidence when dealing with real estate. Further, she connected me with a mortgage broker at my request, and while the deal Cathryn and I did was all cash, I'm about to close on a refinance of another property using her contact.
