Cathryn was very helpful coordinating my purchase, and listened to my wishes. She has a habit of making me feel like her only client, which is great for confidence when dealing with real estate. Further, she connected me with a mortgage broker at my request, and while the deal Cathryn and I did was all cash, I'm about to close on a refinance of another property using her contact. All of which is indicative of Cathryn listening carefully, knowing her client, and providing resources to execute. I will definitely use her when it comes time to sell this or ANY property!
