I'm not normally a review writer, but after the incredible care, customer service, and professional expertise I received, I have to advocate for Catherine, as she advocated for me during the entire process - which was fast, painless, and exceeded all of my expectations. This was my first investment property home sale and had some complications with tenant and a timelines in which I wanted to sell quickly. Catherine jumped in immediately, quickly assessed the property and promptly gave me recommendations. She told me where not to waste money and how to best prepare for a sale to maximize my proceeds. Catherine responds late at night, weekends, and takes care of everything quickly. I was incredibly nervous about the sale, and Catherine always said, "you have me, you don't have to worry about anything, we got this" and she was right. Catherine truly delivered. Property was listed and sold within 2 weeks. Took no effort on my end, Catherine arranged everything - inspections, repairs, cleaning and all paperwork. We sold the house over asking and Placer Title in Morro Bay was also excellent. I am amazed at how quick and easy the process was, but i know Catherine was behind the curtain working hard to take care of me and this sale. I felt like Catherine was in my corner and fighting for me as if this was her own home or her own family she was helping. I will absolutely be using Catherine for all future real estate dealings and ensure my family and friends do as well!
