Besides giving suggestions on changes to its appearance and structure she used her many contacts to arrange for cleaners, painters, electrician, demo crew, hard floor people, pest examiners and carpet cleaner. Kaitlin kept in constant contact with us and the work crews, arranging their appointments around our schedule and making sure all the necessary permits, certifications and reports were done and sent in on time. Kaitlin turned out to be an excellent photographer and, based on the photos alone, our home sold at our asking price to the first couple who looked at it - and this was prior to the inside being finished for interior photos!
