Catherine Swatsky, along with her indispensable partner/protege/side kick Kaitlin, was indispensable in preparing and showing our home for sale. Besides giving suggestions on changes to its appearance and structure she used her many contacts to arrange for cleaners, painters, electrician, demo crew, hard floor people, pest examiners and carpet cleaner. Kaitlin kept in constant contact with us and the work crews, arranging their appointments around our schedule and making sure all the necessary permits, certifications and reports were done and sent in on time. Kaitlin turned out to be an excellent photographer and, based on the photos alone, our home sold at our asking price to the first couple who looked at it - and this was prior to the inside being finished for interior photos! Having witnessed how long it's taken other homes to sell in our subdivision we know the reason ours sold so fast was because we had Catherine Sawatsky as our realtor and we highly recommend her.

If we ever need to sale or buy property again we will call Catherine Sawatsky because it was such a positive experience. Catherine and Caitlin handled the search for and purchase of our home with a great deal of patience and insight. Our previous home sold quickly and we wanted to find a home that met our needs in a very short time frame so we wouldn't have to rent for too long, or at all. They cleared their schedules to visit homes with us on extremely short notice and showed us listings that we weren't aware of. They visited several of the homes with us multiple times while my wife and I continued to weigh our options, while bring up pros and cons that we wouldn't have even thought of. Once we did select the home we wanted to purchase, they worked very hard to ensure that we got in our home without having to move twice; they negotiated with the buyer of our previous home and the seller of our current home to extend the escrow of the former and shorten the latter. They even delivered our keys early in the morning on the day of our move to accommodate our movers, which could only move us in our new home that morning. We were in constant communication, they handled our every need, and went above and beyond to handle things we didn't even know about until after the fact. They were amazing!

Catherine was absolutely amazing! She is my best friend's mom, so I had intended to ask for her to represent us when selling our home but was blown away at just how good she was. At one point, I started to give a little and would have given into things just to get the house sold.Catherine reminded me of what we deserved and truly went to bat for me, not allowing my moment of weakness become a regrettable choice. She was strong and stern when needed and caring and motherly when I needed it. I couldn't have been happier with the work she did for us. Highly recommend her and her team!
