This property was on the market quickly and sold within three weeks for much more than I thought possible. My circumstances made a quick sale imperative, and Catherine made that happen. Also, she went beyond what her realtor fee included. She facilitated events, such as an auction of personal property, which would have been difficult for me because I was an out-of-town seller. She was under no obligation to do so, but she still did not charge a fee. I would not hesitate to recommend Catherine to another seller.

Catherine and Caitlin handled the search for and purchase of our home with a great deal of patience and insight. Our previous home sold quickly and we wanted to find a home that met our needs in a very short time frame so we wouldn't have to rent for too long, or at all. They cleared their schedules to visit homes with us on extremely short notice and showed us listings that we weren't aware of. They visited several of the homes with us multiple times while my wife and I continued to weigh our options, while bring up pros and cons that we wouldn't have even thought of. Once we did select the home we wanted to purchase, they worked very hard to ensure that we got in our home without having to move twice; they negotiated with the buyer of our previous home and the seller of our current home to extend the escrow of the former and shorten the latter. They even delivered our keys early in the morning on the day of our move to accommodate our movers, which could only move us in our new home that morning. We were in constant communication, they handled our every need, and went above and beyond to handle things we didn't even know about until after the fact. They were amazing!
