Experience matters!
Cathy's knowledge and experience really paid off for us - with the current market, there are many new (inexperienced and/or part time) realtors in the business. Cathy was able to work successfully with the other party and guided us through the process, helping us to avoid missteps and delays that could have resulted in a lost sale. Kudos to her business partner Melissa - the Busy Bee team displayed real teamwork on both the sale of our existing house and the purchase of our new home. We are grateful to both of them!
