Buying or selling your home can be stressful and overwhelming, IF you don't have the right agent! Catherine took care of us and guided us right from the first step of thinking about selling to closing day, and was always available to answer my many (many!) questions along the way. She is very communicitave which is so important to me. She is super knowledgable of the market and she had great suggestions on what we could do to get our house ready to show which included lots of things that we hadn't thought of, and we got a lot of positive feedback on those items after showings. Our house sold extremely fast (with several great offers) and we got well above asking! I couldn't believe it! In the midst of selling this home Catherine found us our new dream home, and she made the transition seamless by coordinating dates and deadlines for both homes so well that it didn't disrupt our busy schedules at all. I could not have had a better experience with Catherine!! She was able to help me through all the steps in selling the townhouse of my son's aunt. We are from out of town and did not know anyone to call, but Catherine was already known by the decedent and was very comfortable working with her. She went out of her way to assist me all through the process with me in California and she in Colorado. She made that phase of settling the estate must easier.
