​Our quest for relocation was not an easy one. By the time Catherine became our realtor I had already spent scores, perhaps even hundreds, of hours combing through websites for a future home that would check most of the boxes on our wish list. After an exhaustive search that right one was being sold by a couple going through a messy divorce made even more complicated by their difficult realtor. Meanwhile we had sold our home and, being good Americans, had through the years accumulated an embarrassment of stuff that would have required several storage lockers if it became necessary to lease an interim dwelling.
