Let her work for you, she is the best
By now Cat is nearly like a family as we did 4 transactions together by now. I fully trust her to get things done per my high standards and working with her is fun even though it's tough these days getting all things ready. We had to do most things me being remote and I was able to complete the sale while sitting at my computer on the other side of the world. She has the experience in the Tampa Bay area to advise on every step of the process. Cat likes what she does and that shows. Let her work for you, she is the best. ( I usually don't write reviews, but making an exception here, cheers.)
