Catalina poses great knowledge about the real estate market. I went into purchasing a house with no knowledge, and she explained the entire process with great patience. She walked me through entire process with honesty and encouragement. She was always very attentive to my needs to the type of house I wanted. She always kept effective communication via phone, text and email. As soon as a house came up based on my preferences, she would immediately notify me. She was always on time to the house showing appointments. Never cancelled an appointment. Besides being professional, she is very humane, friendly and sympathetic.
