After spending most of her life living in the UK, Western Europe, south & central America and the Caribbean, she chose Miami as her new home since she has always been attracted to multicultural cities and the SUN. With backgrounds in hospitality management, criminal justice and property management, Catalina has always been very dedicated and hardworking when trying to achieve her goals. Personal growth, making people happy and seeing them thrive motivate her. She has always loved helping people, which is what inspired her to become a real estate agent. Catalina Restrepo Covers all your needs from A-Z. Best Diversified Service!

Great property manager. Helped me find new tenants and even raised the rent every year. Then, helped me sell the property when the value increased. Nice profit, and now she'll be helping me upgrade to a bigger multifamily building next. I've sold two properties so far with her, and 1 more left to go before I can buy bigger. She is AMAZING!

8 Home purchased in my life. By far the best over all experience I have ever had .

Catalina was extremely patient & continued to work with our changing input ( Lol ) until we found the perfect home . But from there we were able to experience her real talent, she was definitely working for us . She was able to save us money on both the home & finance options. A real pro !
