I’ve lived in the Long Beach/Seal Beach area for the past 23 years. I received my bachelor’s degree from Long Beach State and a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Concordia University Irvine. I am passionate about real estate and will go above and beyond to meet the needs of my clients. Buying or selling a home is not supposed to be a daunting task but rather a fun and new experience. As a realtor my first priority is to make my clients happy, I listen to my clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. I strive to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress free. My clients can count on me any time of day when they have a question or a concern. In my free time, I enjoy camping with my family and our two dogs.

Cat was Amazing!

Cat was amazing in responding to all of my questions and request as soon as I made them. When it came time to make an offer she moved fast and had our offer submitted by the end of day! She was able to negotiate repairs in the middle of the 2021 Market!!!! Cat handled everything for Me and made buying a house seem almost easy. There was never a time during escrow that I felt like I couldn't get in touch with her. I always recommend Cat to any of my friends and family interested in Buying or Selling. Cat gave me a homebuying experience worth bragging about.
