Cassie has excellent follow up skills as well as being a very detailed personality, which mimics my style. I found her knowledge about the area, contacts, and offer advice invaluable. I would recommend her to anyone. She was actually a referral from my client who recently purchased land too from her.
Living out of state meant everything we did was long distance so it was great to have Cassie there to be able to get us all info we needed. She provide a list of contacts that we needed for everything and anytime we had a question she responded quickly. We would definitely use Cassie again
Cassie’s knowledge, honesty, integrity and ethics set her apart from the “usual crowd” of agents in the local market. She excels at properly valuation of property, Unlike other agents I’ve worked with, she took the time properly analyze the market and the properties I considered. She cares about her clients and was always updated with the state of the market. She was open and transparent through the whole process. I recommend to anyone looking to complete a real estate transaction.

I've worked with about a dozen realtors and Cassie is one of the best. Professional, hardworking, positive, trustworthy and backed by an excellent team.
Cassie has represented me while both buying and selling numerous times. Her ability to analyze and predict market values is uncanny! Even when I am buying outside of Florida I always call Cassie first.
Cassie and her team are absolutely excellent at what they do, and are a pleasure to work with. I was in a difficult situation and needed to sell my property asap. Cassie and her team are willing to go above and beyond for their clients, and they greatly exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend them, and would be happy to do business with them again.
Wow! Made buying a commercial property such a breeze! Cassie was not only very professional but personal. She never let us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! We closed on a commercial property & business, she made sure she stayed on top of a second property that’s in front of the first one. As soon as it became available she jumped on it and got us to close pretty quickly. She is a beautiful person inside out. She really cares about her clients as well as the community & neighborhood she lives in!!! Anyone’s that’s interested in a real estate transaction,I totally recommend her. Promise you will thank me for it. 🤩😌
We have worked with Mrs. STUDSTILL on multiple listings. Enjoyed every step of the way. So professional, warm, caring, and most importantly will try her best to get you the best prices!!!
She was great! Very professional. I would definitely recommend her.
Cassidy, was very pleasant and easy to work with explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. She took the time to understand the nature and urgency of my situation. Having just recently losing my husband my emotions were raw, Cassidy understood that and she never was pushy or disrespectful. If I was crying and upset Cassidy always had kind words of hope and encouragement. I definitely would use Cassidy Studstill again.
Cassie was completely professional, always available, and friendly. Being an out of state seller she took care of all my needs, and guided me to what I needed to. I can't say enough about how happy I am with her results.
