Cassie utilized her understanding of the local market to help me pick the perfect price point for our home, which helped us get fair value while moving the house quickly. She worked very hard to show the home and answer questions for potential home buyers, which resulted in multiple offers within days of the home coming up for sale. I would strongly recommend her.
My wife and I had always talked about one day owning a beach house as a second home and a vacation rental. We had vacationed in Cape San Blas for several years. This past year, the opportunity arose for us to be able to buy something. A good friend referred me to Cassie and that has been the best decision we made. Cassie knows the market and knows the players in the market. She found us a great first tier house before it was even listed. Because we are out of state, she was our boots on the ground, coordinating all sorts of inspections and other due diligence matters. She helped us connect with various professionals to help us with the purchase of the house. All of whom were knowledgeable and great to work with. She knows everybody! We are very happy and cannot recommend her highly enough.
Cassie is a wonderful communicator and does her job well. I highly recommend the services of the Studstill Realty Group
She is amazing and really knowledgeable in the local Florida markets. I would definitely use her again.
Brittney Hulsey was our agent that done showings and provided all details out at Barefoot. Always pleased. Carrie Parker
We worked with Brittany, an associate of Cassie. Brittney worked tirelessly to locate a property at Barefoot Cottages once we contacted her about our desire to purchase there. After several other properties went under contract prior to out offer, Brittney did not rest untill she located the perfect cottage for our needs. Brittney was excellent with communication and a pleasure to work with throughout this endeavor.
Cassie came in to a difficult situation found the beauty in it and made it stand out and got the job done. She definitely gifted, VERY knowledgeable, very detailed oriented, through and more than supportive to the individuals whom she’s providing services to. I appreciate Cassie’s ability to provide clarity, her availability, and her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done. What ever question I had Cassie made sure she explained the situation so that there was no confusion. I’d take Cassie any day.. truthfully I wish I could bring her to California because she’s that amazing! Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Cassie you’re definitely more than lucky. It’s a whole blessing. Thank you Cassie for all that you do!
Cassie is very knowledgeable, and in the know about what’s happening with Florida real estate. She sold two houses quickly, and did an amazing job!
The buyer was difficult and Cassie handled it all and ultimately got the deal closed.
We are not local and always have a limited amount of time to see property. They always go out of their way to set up appointments that fit our schedule. Great people.
Appreciated Cassie's prompt response to my calls requesting clarification regarding my property .She demonstrated knowledge and professionalism at all times.
Cassie is an excellent agent to work with. She is knowledgeable, has great communication along the process, friendly and goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is very knowledgeable of the entire Bay/Gulf area from Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe to the Cape and the surrounding areas. We found the perfect place within 2 days of driving around with Cassie and the place we got was the first place she mentioned to us before we even saw it. It was exactly as described, we could have even bought it without looking as she understood us exactly and was able to pinpoint our needs. The entire process was as smooth as can be, with top of the line tracking tools for the transaction, and including all parties involved throughout the process made it very easy all around. (we live remotely so communication was key). Cassie went above and beyond even when the deal was done, helping connecting us with relevant 3rd parties including cleaning, maintenance, legal, engineers etc. We felt completely comfortable with Cassie and all of her advices along the way. Super trustworthy and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
