Cassie is a true miracle worker. I have been looking for a home on Clearlake for 4 years. Cassie is my third realtor. I was looking for a specific type of house, and it proved to be very difficult. Cassie went well above and beyond, although I know at times I could be difficult. Cassie persevered and never let me give up on my dream. Her communication skills and knowledge of the area helped me realize my dream. I feel very blessed to have her as my realtor, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for that dream home.

I made an excellent decision when I hired Cassie. This wasn’t a simple sale, and from the start she was knowledgeable, practical, and extraordinarily responsive. Whenever something came up, I could count on hearing back from her quickly, and that consistency became especially important as the sale grew more complicated. Cassie knows the Clear Lake market extremely well, and I came to trust her judgment on everything from pricing and preparing the property to evaluating offers and navigating negotiations. Once we were in escrow, there were inspections, lender requirements, and plenty of other complications, and she remained calm and steady through all of it. She was very good at explaining my options and giving me her perspective without ever pressuring me. What I appreciated most was that I always felt Cassie was looking out for my interests. She combined excellent professional judgment with a very human, straightforward way of dealing with what became a long and sometimes stressful process. I have a great deal of respect for her, and I genuinely don't think this sale would have come together without her. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Cassie was always quick to reply to our questions, both via text and email. This sell was an emotional transaction and she made us feel supported every step of the way.
