Cassie was very professional and conducted the sale in an efficient and successful manner. It was difficult for me since I invested so much time and effort into building the house but in the end it was the right thing to do to sell it at that time. I have contributed the proceeds to the purchase of my daughter's house in Edgartown that is almost finished being constructed that should be a better solution to my desire to have a place on the island
