Cassie was the best real estate agent I have worked for this is my first time buying a home and she held my hand through parts that I didn’t necessarily need help but she did it so I felt comfortable. I also felt that she was making sure every step was the best thing for me, weather it was financial or long-term goal, down to location. She truly treated me like a professional best friend

Cassie helped us find, finance, and buy our current home. It was a difficult time to buy a home with interest rates high and prices even higher. We were extremely picky and high maintenance during this process, and she exceeded all of our very high expectations. Here are some of the qualities we loved about her: 1. Available - She never took more than 5 minutes to answer a text. 2. Reliable - There were a few times we really needed an offer put together and sent within the hour and she never failed to deliver. 3. Capable - We had a lot of difficult questions, both for the sellers and about the home buying process in general. Cassie was always able to get us an answer. We especially liked that she wouldn't give any BS answers. If she didn't know something, she was confident enough to tell us, then do the research to give us the most comprehensive answers. 4. Unassuming - We've worked with other realtors in the past who put a lot of pressure on making offers and buying a home quickly. Cassie was patient and never made us feel weird if we wanted to walk away from a home (even if it made no sense). We always felt comfortable around her. Anyone would be lucky to have Cassie as their agent. She will work hard AND smart for you. Buying a house was so much easier with her on our side!

Cassie was there day or night any day of the week! She worked so hard and spent so much time seeing probably over 20 houses?! She sent offers in late in the night made it work with seeing a house within hours of when we asked. Cassie was so so patient working with us for months to find our perfect home!
