I was not an easy client

I was not an easy client. I started looking for a home in Mesa County while still unapproved for a mortgage. What should have taken a few weeks drew out for months for various reasons. Despite this Cassidy would show me homes with a smile. Lots of lemons, but I learned so much from her about the different neighborhoods that these excursions did me a lot of good. When I finally did land on my dream home, Cassidy suggested an offer(which was taken) and then walked my husband and l through the entire process. Cassidy is excellent at following up, negotiating, understands the market, the area, and mostly, respected what I wanted in a home. She is professional and motivated but really easy going at the same time. I highly recommend her ! Her partner Ashley also goes above and beyond the call of duty. She showed me a house too while Cassidy was out of town. She was very patient, answered all our questions and was super informed. Both of these women are amazing real estate sales professionals and you will be in good hands if you choose them to be your representative.
