I was not an easy client. I started looking for a home in Mesa County while still unapproved for a mortgage. What should have taken a few weeks drew out for months for various reasons. Despite this Cassidy would show me homes with a smile. Lots of lemons, but I learned so much from her about the different neighborhoods that these excursions did me a lot of good. When I finally did land on my dream home, Cassidy suggested an offer(which was taken) and then walked my husband and l through the entire process. Cassidy is excellent at following up, negotiating, understands the market, the area, and mostly, respected what I wanted in a home.
