Cassandra Gardner is AMAZING! From the first day that I met her she was always very professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. She was always available to answer any question that I may have. Even though I know that she had other clients, I always felt like I was the only one. My sell was not an easy one due to many factors, but from the very beginning she told me to have patience and kept telling me that the right buyer would show up. She was right. We did get a contract on the house in September of 2022 but we didn't close until December of 2022 which was totally on the buyer and NOTHING to do with Cassandra. She kept telling me that I had the patience of Job, and I can say the same of her. She kept encouraging me and telling me that everything was going to be OK. And she was right. We decided to sell our home in the spring and reached out to Cassandra. We were hoping for a quick sale and within a week she had pictures taken of the outside. The inside was a little tougher as we wanted to de-clutter prior to the pictures. Cassandra was right there with us as we staged the inside and took those pictures. The pictures turned out beautifully. We put our home on the market and had our asking price within days. We had a couple of items come up during the home inspection but again she worked with us to ensure appropriate and timely resolution. She was with us through the entire process; checking in periodically to see how we were doing. We couldn’t have sold our home for our asking price as quickly as we did without her.
