Cassandra Gardner is AMAZING! From the first day that I met her she was always very professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. She was always available to answer any question that I may have. Even though I know that she had other clients, I always felt like I was the only one. My sell was not an easy one due to many factors, but from the very beginning she told me to have patience and kept telling me that the right buyer would show up. She was right. We did get a contract on the house in September of 2022 but we didn't close until December of 2022 which was totally on the buyer and NOTHING to do with Cassandra. We decided to sell our home in the spring and reached out to Cassandra. We were hoping for a quick sale and within a week she had pictures taken of the outside.
