We recently sold a home with Cassie as our realtor. She met us at the house several times, advising on different improvements and other work to be done. She recommended things we never would have thought of that helped improve the appeal, both inside and out. She laid out a plan for pricing and described how she thought buyer interest would go at our price. Things happened exactly the way she predicted and we were soon under contract. Then when the buyers asked for some fixes after inspection, she put us in touch with a contractor whose work she knew, who was able to get a fairly complex problem fixed within a few days. This is at a time where contractors are booked out for weeks, but Cassie got him to rearrange his schedule so we could meet our timelines. We closed right on time with a full price offer. We would use Cassie again as our realtor without hesitation!
