Casey was great to work with! I have worked with a few agents before we crossed paths but Casey was by far the most professional and personable. He was always quick to respond and to schedule a tour of the homes we were interested in. He would offer his insight and thoughts but never overpowered or pushed his opinions. He made the process as easy and streamlined as it could be. If I was to buy again or sell I would love to use him as my agent!

As first time homebuyers we had many questions and concerns and Casey was so patient with us, going out of his way to make sure we understood every step of the process. Casey was able to work with our schedule and was extremely flexible, showing us homes mostly on the weekend and after work hours- one time, even around 9pm! Casey is one of the most professional yet personable people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He helped me sell my house in no time at all and made the entire process effortless and stress-free. The communication from start to finish was top-notch. He was always available to take my calls and emails were responded to in a timely manner. Here is an example of how awesome he is. The appraisal came back under our contract price. Instead of advising me to lower the price and just accept it, he took the time to diligently study the appraisal report and concluded there were mistakes made. We had an actual case to present to the lender and appraisal company. In the end, the appraiser revised the report to reflect the correct data which raised the appraised value to our contract price. If Casey had not gone to bat for me, I would have lost out on thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor and hire this guy as your Realtor!
