Casey and Jason made a great team. Since both of them have extensive experience in Palm Beach and the surrounding areas, they are very familiar with the market which provided invaluable insight and perspective. Additionally, their long-term presence in the area has enabled them to build an extensive network of industry professionals, simply put- their bench is deep. Although I can’t say enough about their professionalism and related knowledge, what made them exceptional, and head and shoulders above any of my previous experiences, was the personal attention they gave to my transaction. From day one until the house was sold and the closing finalized, Casey and Jason were only a call away, and sometimes only a drive away. Although they were busy with other properties, I always felt that I was a priority- truly white glove service. From the onset, they were very communicative either when sharing information with me, or their willingness to discuss issues I brought forward, no matter how trivial. Additionally, their followup and attention to detail was impeccable- I never felt something was falling through the cracks, or an issue was not being addressed or overlooked which was very reassuring. Finally, although both Casey and Jason are very easy to talk with and approachable, their personal integrity is beyond reproach. In closing these personal attributes gave me the absolute confidence that I was in good hands and made the right choice in choosing a realtor.

Casey was so easy to work with! She always answered all questions (and I had a lot) quickly and thoroughly, whether it was through email, phone calls or text. Everyone she recommended for repairs, inspectors etc have all been great and reasonably priced. All around a great person to help purchase our first home!
