Caryn did a great job helping us to find a new home in Boca Raton. We came out to Florida from Colorado twice, the first time just to scout neighborhoods and the second time as serious buyers. Caryn made sure we got to see everything we wanted both times. When we came out to look at homes the second time we only had one full day to do it and Caryn made sure to spend her whole Saturday with us to see everything we wanted to see. "During the sale of the condo our 1st buyer wasn't a very nice person to work with and tried all the tricks to put her in a bad position. He ended up pulling out of the sale the day before the guardianship and sale of the condo was approved in court. Due to this pull out the conserved/warded was extremely low on money which would have cause her to be removed from her home. Within a day or two Caryn was able to obtain two new buyers which made offers right on the asking price and assessed value. The previous buyer had been under the asking price due to the need for the conserved/warded to obtain money.
