I could sense Caryn’s drive and enthusiasm the first time we spoke. The first real estate agent I dealt with when the property initially went up for sale was a major disappointment. I learned through time that he lacked what I sensed Caryn had. And I was right about her! Her responsiveness is amazing. A call or text to her is immediately returned. She also kept me up to date on showings, potential offers, and everything else related to the sale of the property. The professional photos were a major plus. The previous realtor’s photos were not professionally done and it showed. I believe internet advertising is key today and it’s all about showing the property in photos at its absolute best. My overall experience with Caryn was excellent. I wish the sale hadn’t taken as long as it did, but part of the reason for that was a dud of a first realtor who I stayed with too long. Once Caryn stepped in, there was lots more activity and ultimately a sale.
Caryn Buchman had my condo listing in Delray Beach Florida for 6 months. She explained the overall process at the onset and was excellent in always keeping me updated on condo showings at my place and is very experienced in the real estate industry.
