Cary Stewart was knowledgeable, patient and the consummate professional in guiding us through our house buying experience. She was attentive, she listened and she had our best interests at heart. Above all she is kind and caring which for me are crucial qualities in a real estate agent.

Market knowledge proved to be excellent, though market had turned sour, she stuck to her selling price and we succeeded in getting our price. She was helpful in more than one way; maintained open house every weekend, many times helped in preparing for view, was easy to communicate and finally she has best professional profile. I feel so lucky to have her as my agent.

Cary helped up sell some property in Florida that my husband’s father had purchased many years ago. After both parents passed away, we had to figure out how to deal with getting it ready to sell. We are in Indiana, so logistically, not an easy task for us. Cary helped us with the deed, finding us a lawyer, and literally just helping us with every task we needed to get this lot sold! She kept us updated on the process every step of the way. She is extremely helpful in finding resources for everything from free boxes to dealing with the title company and everything in-between. We met Cary a few years ago when we first started coming to the Burnt Store area. We were out exploring and stopped at an open house that Cary was hosting. She was so friendly and gave us so much useful information about the area. Before we left we had her contact information and her husband’s information and he became the person who helped look after our boat! Over the years Cary has kept a watch for something she thought we would like. We had looked with her at places we had found recently. Then when we asked about another house she offered to put together a list of different places she thought we would like. She was right - we actually liked them all! She showed us a range of sizes and layouts. We chose one she had actually wanted us to see a few months before but we didn’t look at that time. Thank goodness it was still available! Between circumstances and Cary’s amazing help we were in the house 3 weeks after signing the contract. In nearly 40 years of marriage we had only moved once and that was across our small town! Cary had lots of connections and resources that made the move and set up from another state as easy as possible!! She has continued to check on us and offer suggestions for contractors and such. EXP, Cary’s company, was wonderful in helping to set up utilities and such. We can’t imagine this transition going any more smoothly! We would DEFINITELY recommend Cary and use her again ourselves!
