We highly recommend Cary and his associate, Valerie. We had listed our primary home for sale back in Sept 2022 with another agent, it was horrible to say the least. After we interviewed several realtors, including Cary, we retained Cary to assist us. He helped us touch up parts of our home that needed updating & repairs, market our home online and offline. There were at least 100 people showed up on the first weekend when the house went live on the listing. Cary helped us sold our home $100K more than what we had hoped for, helped us find a condo by the beach we can size down and retired in. I cannot thank Cary enough for his help.
