I made a sudden decision after seeing the rate increase on my rented apartment to get into a house. I had limited time to work with and Carrie was able to get me into a home Within a short amount of time that I had to work with as well as in the area I was looking for! She literally answered my prayers!

She not only referred me to the right mortgage guy, who found a perfect loan for my situation, but she also recommended a home inspector who was honest and fair and saved me from buying a home that had a hidden $20,000 future repair. She suggested a great guy to work with for my homeowners insurance whom I purchased through as well. She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept me apprised about available appointments and always let me know as soon as a new one came on the market, or one had a price drop and introduced me to new areas to search that I was not aware of. Buying a home in an area you no nothing about is a scary thing. Carrie took the time to help me find a great daycare and showed me where all the local shopping and venues were. She was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers in the Genesee County area and being disappointed, I felt lucky to find Carrie. I put all my faith and trust in her and she made a miracle happen!
