First time home seller and from start to finish it was the easiest process ever. She maximized her resources for additional help whether it was cleaning, repairs, photos, staging….you name it. Very detailed and thorough in her field of work! She was super friendly to work alongside with and from the beginning she had a plan, executed it, and ultimately finalized it. With her knowledge in this field of work she was able to maximize opportunity! I would give Carrie more stars if that was an option. She was very knowledgeable in the current markets. Always available. She showed us houses all day on a Saturday and had the routes mapped out with times. It was so efficient. She would point out things with houses that we should consider before we would even notice them. That was very much appreciated. She was by our side throughout the entire process. Absolutely 5 stars no doubt!!! I relocated for a new job and had to sell my house rather quickly. My relocation benefits required me to interview realtors that are considered relocation specialists. Carrie far exceeds this title and is a relocation expert. I interviewed her and a realtor from Keller Williams. My wife and I liked both candidates; however, we felt a comfort and connection with Carrie which ended up being an amazing choice. Carrie was prepared with data, charts, analysis of the comps and just had a charisma that gave us so much confidence that we made the right choice. Carrie sold our house in 24 hours as she told us that she had intended to do. She had photographers and staging specialist ready to go and had a marketing plan that was rock solid. The price point that she recommended was spot on and the moment we had our first showing we had our first offer. Done!!! I was ready to close. Carrie was like, "wait and see, there could be more"...She was 100% correct. One offer turner into two offers that turned into six (and each time the offers went up). I am trying not to brag, selling a house is no small feat and I was ready to close on the first one in an effort to be done. Missing a small detail could result in large misses on pricing potential. I will say this with absolute certainty, if I could do it all over again, we would want Carrie at our side. If you are a nervous-first time home seller like I was, then you want Carrie Ledbetter. We asked Carrie to look for houses for us in a hurry and she found us many great homes to tour. But none fit our needs for a few weeks and then she found us the perfect one. She worked literally day and night to find us the home to fit our needs and wants. But she didn't stop there she was in contact with us every few days even after we had purchased the home to make sure everything was going along well. She was amazing to work with.
