She was attentive and took down notes of our wants, needs, and location preferences. Carrie set us up with search system that gave us houses and land listings and we were free to browse. Once we found a few that we wanted to visit, Carrie was willing to accommodate our needs to meet on a weekend. She had already prepared a compilation of information for each location and had it printed in a folder for us to walk through while we walked through each site. Once we found the land that we wanted to purchase, Carrie helped us facilitate an offer, even though it was 10pm on a Saturday night. She helped give us guidance on how to go through the purchasing process. At closing, Carrie kept us on track and even met us in-person for while we closed with the title company.
