In this impersonal, AI world, Carrie Deak is a true breath of fresh air. Her knowledge of all aspects of real estate, including the current market, is vast. Carrie's attention to detail, professionalism, and rare communication skills turned an off-to-a-bad-start attempt at buying a FISBO into a successful purchase with all of the t's crossed and i's dotted. Her communication skills decreased my stress significantly, as Carrie explained every step in the process and kept me apprised as to the progress in my purchase.
