Carrie suggested a price for our home that we thought was a little high based on our experience with another realtor as part of the interview process. We listed the home at her suggested price and depended on her to get the word out. We were quite surprised that our opening showing of the house generated a number of visitors and three bids slightly over our asking price. She followed up with the three bids and we accepted the bid that was $35K over our asking price. Carrie continued to make sure that we took care of all the minutia to complete the sale, and to have the house ready to turn over to the buyer on the date we all agreed on.
