Sale of 709 Homm Bethalto, IL
The remodel and eventual sale of our rental property at 709 Homm with Carrie Brase went very well. Carrie referred me to a contractor and they did a very professional job of remodeling the house which allowed us to get a higher sales price and recover our cost of the remodel and increase our sales price.
