Carri helped me sell a condo that had to go thru a Probate process. A lot of small hurdles we had to go thru before the sale was final and Carri did not shy away from doing what was needed! Kept me informed weekly if not daily sometimes. I would definitely use Carri again to sell or buy a house/condo.

Let me start by saying, I very much dislike the review thing. But I am writing this one. I am a 76 year old guy. I have bought 6 homes and sold 5 of them in Chula Vista, San Marcos and Gilroy California. I also purchased a condo 12 years ago in Eastlake and recently sold it. That's where Carri comes in. She's a friendly, cordial professional. She's acutely aware of market conditions and was able to position the condo in the best light possible . I meticulously followed her advice in preparing the condo for sale (saving me over $30,000, based on my plan) Carri's knowledge, insight and experience was why the condo sold for more than asking. Oh, and not a small thing to me, she shows up on time, returns phone calls and follows up.

Carri was wonderful helping us sell our home. When the moving trucks arrived, Carri was there to help us take care of the last minute details (a little trash, a little cleaning and small item fixing). Carri made the whole process easy for us.

It was a pleasure to work with Carri again. Carri was instrumental in the entire process of listing and selling our condominium. She knew the market so well that when we went to set our price, she advised us in selecting a price that would generate multiple over asking offers just after one open house to the public. She and her team handled all the necessary cleaning, estate sale, and required repairs for us with ease since we currently do not live in the area. She made this transaction as frictionless as possible. I would not hesitate to use Carri again in the future.

I have sold and purchased a number of houses over the years. Hands down, Carrie was the best agent I ever worked with. When things got sticky with inspections and buyer demands, Carrie was there to guide me. Things got really sticky with the buyers mortgage paperwork, and Carrie meticulously worked through all the details and kept me sane during the process. I highly recommend Carrie Fernandez.
