Snyder-Bailey and Associates of Martinsburg, West Virginia recently handled a real estate transaction for me as the Buyer; and while concurrently serving as agent for the Sellers in Morgan County, West Virginia. In this instance both the Buyer and Seller were remotely located in different states separated by 2,700 miles. Yet, everything went smoothly and all timeline deadlines were met; Escrow closed on the date selected, and without any problems…..most problems and obstructions having been previously resolved through Carolyn Snyder’s diligence and many years of expertise in inspections, HVAC contractors, Electrical services, Heating Oil Contractors, and General Contracting. I worked directly with Carolyn Snyder. Carolyn was brilliant at working with both the Sellers and myself as the Buyer. She is absolutely professional and managed and made highly successful recommendations to resolve the several issues that arose in dealing with the peculiar problems arising from the sale of a property nearing 100 yrs. old. The result was successful and timely resolution in every instance and every issue. In my opinion she was completely fair and equitable in representing both sides and pulling the sale together such as to be totally fair to all parties with each side feeling totally satisfied with the transaction. She even contributed personally to the costs of resolving an unexpected problem for which responsibility wasn’t clearly defined in the contract. Many realtors are focused on just making the sale and moving on to the next sale. Carolyn was focused on making the sale meet the total approval of every party.
