So I feel the need to tell our experience from the beginning. We were lucky enough to meet Carolyn at a Friends birthday party. We told here that we were in the market for a house and right away she pulled out a pen and notepad out of her pocket and started asking us needs and wants for what we were looking for location, school district, price range, number of beds and baths, garage, etc. We small talked a little and right away you could tell she was so interested and dedicated in finding us a home that met our liking. After a couple of weeks I sent her a newly listed house in the early morning and within 30 minutes she has a detailed sheet on the house along with the sellers disclosure. She got us a showing that same afternoon. We put in an offer but the sellers still wanted to do an open house which brought ALOT of interest into the house. At that point I felt defeated. But Carolyn Assured me everything would be ok. With Carolyns warming personality and her attentiveness to responding quickly, Carolyn and the Sellers Agent ended up making a really good friendship. I believe this made our offer stand out from the numerous other offers that were laid out on the table. All in All I Truly don't believe that we would have settled on this house in this CRAZY market if we were to of used anyone other than Carolyn. She went above and beyond explaining everything to us, showing up at our home inspection to give her expert opinion on things we should address to the seller. To the late night 9pm phone calls just to keep us in the loop on what to expect the next day. She truly has an around the clock schedule just to make sure her clients are comfortable.
