She makes herself available day and night, making sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way. She provides helpful thoughtful information and has knowledge to provide insightful feedback. She is super sweet and came out to my house several times to provide boxes, help with cleaning and maintenance, and assist with paperwork. You can't get anyone better than Carolyn Phillips!
