I have had the pleasure to have Ms. Carolyn Joseph as my agent to represent me in the sale of my property in East Norwalk, CT. Carolyn was "my right hand" person in the sales process, especially given that I am resident of California and was not present to oversee all aspects involved in having the property ready for buyers. If that weren't enough, Carolyn supervised and carefully oversaw all details and aspects of the sales process, such as making sure that all permits were closed, carefully reviewing data from existing items in the house, helping me find the right vendors to clean, fix and and finalize details prior to the closing date, constantly checking on the finalization of all projects, and etc. All in all, working with Carolyn was a seamless experience and for an out-of-state resident who was not able to be present for the entire deal, I felt that Carolyn was someone I could absolutely count on and trust. She was always available to answer my calls and addressed my concerns and questions in a timely, warm and friendly manner.
